On June 24, 2019, the Supreme Court of South Dakota admitted Paul Dworak to practice law in the Mount Rushmore State. Our lawyers have practiced law in South Dakota for many years, but always on a pro hac vice basis, partnering with South Dakota lawyers. Paul will now practice law there as an official member of South Dakota Bar Association. Paul looks forward to representing more South Dakotans in civil rights, personal injury, criminal defense, business litigation and other important legal matters.
With this admission, Storms Dworak is now admitted to practice law in state and federal courts throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The lawyers at Storms Dworak are also licensed to practice in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Districts of North Dakota, Nebraska, and the Eastern District of Michigan.
