Eric Newmark has again been invited to speak at the Minnesota Criminal Justice Institute, Minnesota’s premiere education seminar for defense lawyers, prosecutors, judges and law enforcement. Eric has been asked to speak in two separate sessions. Newmark represents lawyers and other professionals before licensing boards, and will speak on ways for lawyers to avoid ethical pitfalls. He also will present with Diane Wiley, a nationally known jury consultant, on jury selection strategies.
